Yes. The East and West box offices are open on show days only, and hours vary by event — check the event listing for specific times. Tickets for all events, including that night's show, are also available anytime at Ticketmaster.com.

Premium ExperiencesBAG POLICY
To help ensure every Guest enjoys a safe and seamless experience, we ask that Guests travel light.
Each Guest is permitted one (1) bag. Approved bag types are:
- Clear bag — up to 12" H x 12" W x 6" D
- Small clutch or wristlet — up to 5" H x 8" W x 2" D (does not need to be clear)
- Diaper or medical bag — for the Guest using them
Any bag larger than 5" H x 8" W x 2" D must be clear. Backpacks are not permitted inside the venue.

Professional cameras - including those with detachable lenses or lenses longer than 2 inches - as well as video cameras, GoPros, monopods, tripods, audio recording devices, and selfie sticks are not permitted inside the venue.

No signs, banners, or posters are permitted inside the venue.
Guests arriving with signage will be asked to return items to their vehicle or dispose of them prior to entry.
VENUE POLICY
For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.

- Unapproved pamphlets, fliers and handbills
- Weapons of any kind, including pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs and stun guns
- Any other item deemed inappropriate or dangerous by the venue in its sole discretion

The Amphitheater is a 100% cashless venue. Credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments are accepted.
Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Face coverings or costumes may be subject to security screening and must not obstruct identification.
Distribution of handouts, flyers, promotional materials, or unauthorized vending is not permitted on venue property without prior written approval. Solicitation of any kind is strictly prohibited. Guests or vendors engaging in these activities will be asked to leave the premises.

No. Parking is not automatically included with a box suite or elite seat ticket purchased from third party sites.
No. Box suites are built in quantities of 4, 6, or 10 people. Each box suite comes with 4, 6, or 10 tickets. If you purchase only 2 box suite tickets from a third party site, you will likely be sharing the box suite with other people.
Yes, all box suites will receive in-seat wait service.

No. Outside food and beverage is not permitted inside the venue. Food and beverages are available for purchase and can be ordered directly from your seat.

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase inside the venue. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Valid Government ID is required.
